The registration of a company or limited liability company (LLC) is carried out by the authorized body of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, according to the legal procedures of the country.

“For the registration of an LLC, it is necessary for the individual to present their passport and taxpayer identification number (TIN) with a social security card or equivalent identification card, or with the same identification card for legal entities, to the territorial division of the public registry, along with a payment of AMD 3,000 state fee. The registration as an LLC is processed quickly, usually within 10-15 minutes.”

In the case of LLC registration, the founders (shareholders) and the director should provide their passports and taxpayer identification numbers with social security cards or equivalent identification cards, or with the same identification cards for legal entities, to the territorial division of the public registry. Before registering the LLC, it is necessary to specify the company’s name, legal address, authorized capital size, and the share of each founder. No additional fees are required for LLC registration. The process of LLC registration also takes a relatively short time, usually around 10-15 minutes.

In the case of LLC registration, having a seal is not mandatory. This is left to the discretion of the individual. It is important that the registration process does not involve any cash transactions after the state registration of the LLC or the founder.
